TWC is a special purpose vehicle set up to undertake an ambitious international joint venture project with a Chinese manufacturer Full Dragon Electric (Guang Dong) Company Ltd and a Hong Kong based trader Wing Ying Non-Ferrous Trading Ltd. TWC uses recycled copper as the main raw material input in the production of copper wires and copper rods.
Ta Win Copper Sdn Bhd, installed a new production line which is the capability to use copper flake, copper millberry & copper clove as a raw materials to produce copper rod.
The joint venture was motivated by favourable macro-economic factors such as a ban on Category 7 copper scrapped metal import in China, prolonged international trade war, and Malaysia’s conducive geopolitical environment.
